
New York State Secretary of
State, Randy A. Daniels, addressed a special
meeting of The Women Economic Developers of
Long Island.
The Secretary’s topic delivered
to a standing room only crowd at the Milleridge
Inn in Jericho was Revitalizing/Redeveloping
Long Island’s Waterfronts:
They’re All Around Us.
Secretary Daniels also brought
along a video which he used to illustrate
successful, revitalization/redevelopment projects
in other areas of the state.
WEDLI’s members represent
the fields of banking, finance, accounting,
marketing, commercial real estate, real estate
development, community development, higher
education, government and law.

At a recent meeting of the Women Economic
Developers of Long Island (WEDLI) the group
inducted their newest member, Sarah Lansdale,
Executive Director of Sustainable Long Island
whose membership was sponsored by Linda Louis,
