February 2005

The Women Economic Developers of Long Island (WEDLI), an organization of top executive women that examines critical issues of the day with an eye toward educating its members and helping to affect remedies, recently played host to Paul Rabinovitch, Executive Director of The Nature Conservancy. A standing room only crowd listened to the talk Rabinovitch presented entitled
"Long Island's Last Great Open Spaces:
Where Are They How Do We Decide What to Preserve?"

A lively question and answer period ensued.

Pictured are (L) WEDLI President, Michele Pincus of Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella and Yedid; Paul Rabinovitch and Matthew Lamstein also of Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella and Yedid, sponsors or the meeting
