The CHASE THE WINTER BLAHS 2nd Annual Evening Event took place on January 12th at the University Club at Farmingdale State College. Members and guests enjoyed a ‘fun’ evening with a cooking demonstration by Chef Charlie Walsh. The fare included delicious appetizers and tempting dishes prepared by Chef Walsh.
