On September 14, Richard Kessel, Chief Executive Officer of the Long Island Power Authority addressed the Women Economic Developers of Long Island (WEDLI) on the subject: “Threats to Long Island’s Energy: Are We (LIPA and Consumers) Prepared?” The meeting was the first in a monthly breakfast series devoted to topics of vital interest to Long Islanders.
